Please be advised beginning October 6, 2025, the Association of Apartment Owners of Aloha Surf Hotel (AOAO) will start a comprehensive elevator modernization project at the condominium project where the Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki is located. Both elevators will be upgraded with new premium-grade cabs, motors, cables, and other related equipment to improve reliability and enhance the guest experience. There will always be one elevator available for guest use and noise from the modernization project is expected to be very minimal. The modernization project is scheduled for completion by April 2026.
